This project has been funded by the Student Technology Fee. You can use this gateway from any computer that has a web browser to gain access to many of the applications found in the USF open use labs!
Any current student, faculty or staff can get into the apps.usf.edu site.
If you have a FOREST domain account, you must use that to sign on. Otherwise, use your NETID to sign on.
Maintenance Notice
Apps.usf.edu will be offline tomorrow (Saturday 3/30/2024) for scheduled weekly maintenance
from 5:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Users still logged in at 5:00 AM will see a popup warning every 5 minutes, and be given 15 minutes to logout.
Below are the currently available applications and suites. More are being added every semester!
On Windows or Mac OS, the first time you log into Apps.usf.edu, your web browser should automatically install the required Citrix client. If your client is not automatically installing, you may also follow the guides below:
iOS devices require a free application to be installed from the iOS App Store:
For help installing clients on other operating systems including Android and Linux, please visit receiver.citrix.com.
Please make sure you are saving your files to your UStoreFiles network drive, or local computer. Many of the applications on this site default to saving documents on the server. If you save your files there, they will disappear when you log off. Please see the following document for more details:
